本課程幾乎把採購單位經常談論主題，皆已涵蓋在內，並以實務和工作導向講解，從組織及單位之管理、採購策略、供應商、採購員工、專業採購機能等，皆為本課研習重點，參加對像，以採購單位資深以上員工和主管為前提，針對重點深入研習，工作年資不滿三年者，就不適參加本課程。本課程講師翁田山，為早期IBM國際採購處菁英成員之一，加上多年顧問經驗心得，最近才整理的課程。
