本課程定位於生產基層活動,受訓對象為生產事業中基層員工,目的解決現場各種浪費、不合理、不均勻(不平衡)、無彰法(亂)等問題,最終提升效率/品質及降低各類成本和費用,同時可提升中基層素質和向心力,並發掘隱藏的優秀人才。
課程從基層活動的認知開始,進入基層品質改善小組活動(架構計10步驟),因解決問題需要工具和方法,因此課程加入中基層必要的工具和方法計7節次,但因範圍廣泛,無法深入練習,於此只做綜觀性介紹,點到為止,最後舉成功案例發表,供參考學習,因此本課規劃4大區域,即:「生產基層活動認知」、「品質改善小組運作」、「改善工具方法簡介」、「成功案例」。
本課程為顧問專案內訓教材之一,通常依顧問專案需求,和專案性質規劃和推行QIT 活動,是眾多顧問專案內容活動的小專案,至今其成效沒有不超出預期的,同時也發現中基層隱藏可敬的優秀人才,值得栽培,甚至有案例座直升機,成為企業重要主幹,此為意想不到的收穫。
