After numerous seminars and dozens of books on the Enneagram, and hundreds of courses and teachers on personal development I have narrowed it down to a few simple Truths.

.-We are the magic! We must look at ourselves and embrace our shadow and completely accept our human condition.

-We have the choice to let traumas hold us in bondage or we can learn and be grateful for all our experiences. You have the power, nothing on the outside will replace your own self-worth. You are responsible for yourself. Your beliefs are self-limiting and are given to us by others. They are untrue and once you can see them for what they are and let them go you transform your life.

-We can set ourselves free by forgiving one another and ourselves. We must look within to find the answers and find our own internal compass. Freedom with sovereignty, the ability to think and decide for yourself, is empowerment.
