When it comes to starting your baby on solid foods, there are a ton of recommended ways to get going. Some say to go the puree route, others say to start with oatmeal or rice cereal.
The truth is, our babies don’t need messy purees or cereals designed to fill them up without any nutrients. Over the years, as the baby food industry took off and commercials became a big part of our lives, we were taught that baby food was the natural progression from milk to food. The thing is, that’s an advertising campaign, not the truth.
If you look at the history of feeding, you won’t find baby food. What you’ll find is parents sharing their food with their babies. No making special meals for their little one. No disguising vegetables as treats. No crazy drama over measuring how much the baby is eating.
Baby Led Weaning (BLW) is awesome but ONE thing makes it complicated; there’s no a single resource where you can learn about BLW, how to smoothly implement it, what’s nutritious food, and where you can SEE what it looks like. This is where this course comes.

In this module, I’ll go through all the worries of new Baby Led Weaning parents, calm your fears, and show you best practices to move forward with ease. Then, you’ll be ready to get moving! I’ll teach you how to start, what to buy, and the steps to take to officially get going!
MODULE 7: Meet Martin!
Join me and baby Martin on his Baby Led Weaning journey! Module 6 will take you on a 5-month long journey with my nephew, Martin where you can SEE the progression of BLW in real life. Each week of his journey is summarised so you can take a quick peek to see how things progress over time.
