Have you ever wondered how fungi are different from plants? This course will explain what plants are, why they are important, and the plant life cycle, all while using "plant type" Pokemon as examples. We'll also investigate why fungi aren't plants, and the similarities and differences between the two kingdoms. This course includes extension activities to deepen your understanding of plants and fungi, and it also includes the opportunity to create your own Pokemon based on plants and/or fungi. Pleasse note that not all "grass type" Pokemon are included in this course. Its main focus is the Pokemon that are heavily inspired by real life plants and fungi.
