It’s a meditative process which assists us in connecting with our inner selves, called “neshamah” soul, and through this reflective observation, connecting to the source of all blessings, the Creator.

The Ana Beko'akh prayer, known as the Mem-Bet (42 letter) name

The Ana Beko'akh prayer was written some 2000 and more years ago by the Tanna, Rabbi Nehunia Ben Hakanah, who lived at the end of the Second Temple period.

The prayer comprises 7 verses. Each verse contains 6 units (words). Each word’s first letter becomes part of an abbreviated word. The prayer is therefore based on 7 combinations of 6 letters, which are the basis of our meditation
