John Seymour has been one of the UK's leading NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) trainers and influencers for over 30 years. He is perhaps best known for his best-selling NLP book Introducing NLP: Psychological Skills for Understanding and Influencing People (which he co-authored with, his then apprentice, Joseph O'Connor). Introducing NLP has since sold over one million copies and has been translated into 14 languages.
