This Jeet Kune Do course is part of The JKD Process, an online Jeet Kune Do Training Program designed to teach you the entire basic JKD curriculum as passed down from Bruce Lee to his first and second-generation students. In this course, you'll learn the JKD straight lead punch, JKDblast, Wing Chunblast, and well as additional straight line punches. You'll learn not just the techniques, but also how to generate power, improve timing, speed, coordination, balance, and the concepts to make it all work! Lessons are designed extremely detailed, thorough, and very easy to follow with or without a partner! Learn practical self-defense and get in shape.
Your instructor is a Senior 2nd Trainer under the lineage of Sifus Tim Tackett (2nd generation student of Bruce Lee), Bob Bremer (direct student of Bruce Lee), and Jim Sewell (direct student of Bruce Lee). There are no prerequisites or equipment required. This course is designed to be done with minimal to no equipment. Jeet Kune Do is that which emphasizes both continuous practice and continuous discovery. It is a lifelong discovery. Therefore, while we cover the entire curriculum in this series of training, the goal is never to stop learning!
