By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Correctly describe what Change Management is and how it is used to enhance and control standardised methods and procedures within IT infrastructure.

• Demonstrate an understanding (through performance in your day-to-day role) of both the Continuous Improvement Cycle and the 7Rs

• Correctly identify key roles in the Change Management process including the Change Advisory Board (CAB)

• Demonstrate an understanding (through performance in your day-to-day role) of key processes including Implementation Plan Review, Rollback Plans, Post Implementation Reviews and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
