Leading Management Systems Audit Teams” competency-based 1-day course teaches the principles and practices of

leading management systems and process audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2011, “Guidelines for auditing management systems.”

Experienced instructors guide students through the entire audit process, from managing an audit program to reporting on audit results. Students

gain necessary auditing skills through a balance of formal classroom tutorials, role playing, group workshops, and open forum discussions.

Understand and Implement ISO 9001:2015 Confidently. After completing this course, you will have a solid understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Each clause of the standard is explained in a simple-to-understand language and learn:

There is a written test upon completion of this course. Detailed exam instructions will be provided. A Certificate of Attainment in the competency unit will be provided for students who are deemed “Competent”. Certificates of attendance are provided to those who do not pass the competency test, and students will be given the opportunity to retake the test.
