In this course, you will learn fundaments of quality and process management and key principles of lean six sigma. You will find out what DMAIC, and SIPOC frameworks are, and will be able to run improvement projects using these frameworks. I will also give you an instruction on project management and how it is aligned with the DMAIC framework. After you complete the course, you will be able to evaluate a process, identify types of waste, apply statistics for process data analysis and use analysis tools to evaluate and prioritize recommended improvements.

In addition, the course will teach you how to use excel for statistics, flow diagrams, and data visualization.
