1. Students will learn about the equipment they need to provide a short therapy session to a partner, friend or loved one.
2. Students will learn about the origins and development of this holistic and spiritual practice.
3. Students will learn a little anatomy and physiology, benefits and contra-indications of therapy, and learned about one vegetable oil to use in massage of the neck and scalp.
4. Students will access a demonstration recording of neck and scalp massage and learn some of the basic massage techniques to use in this treatment.
5. Students can practice along with the demonstration recordings on a partner or friend who has no medical or health problems.
6. Students will also receive a short music file to play when they are sharing this wonderful therapy, a certificate of completion from Udemy.
This course is provided in a blended approach sharing textual, video and voice recordings. Students have lifetime access and a supportive platform to engage in the course.
