Remember, this is more than a workout, it's an awakening! You are here to live your best life ever. In order to do that we must be sure our energy flows. And energy flows where attention goes so using our affirmations will create a new energy of aliveness, positivity and excitement for life!

You are what you think about all day long. Our affirmations and movement together allow us to choose how we want to act, what we want to feel and who we want to be today and every day. This is a practice, focus on what you want and create it for yourself. Each course should be practiced daily for 30 days minimum.
