Inner child healing is about connecting to your past and all of the experiences that had an effect on you. It’s about connecting with those parts of you and bringing the love, tenderness, compassion, understanding and care that was needed but not given. Inner child healing is about reparenting your younger self but most importantly, it’s about INTEGRATING the energy that was displaced or disconnected from your body.

What I learned through my own deep healing is that when we encounter traumatic events in our childhood, a part of our energy splits off or becomes detached and separates from us. When we learn the process of reintegration, we reconnect with and reintegrate that energy and heal on multiple levels. This process is so powerful it brings healing to the spirit, mind and body (more specifically, the nervous system).

When you enroll in any of this courses, you are provided with a step by step process that enables you to identify the parts of yourself, from past experiences, that have created discordant energy in your field. These past experiences may still hold pain in your body or cause a nervous system response.

When you connect with that part of yourself, you can reintegrate the energy that was displaced and create harmony in your field. Because energy is the basis of all things, this harmony is then brought to all levels of your being, which can create harmony emotionally, mentally and physically. The painful connection to that part of you can be deactivated, creating immense healing and inner peace.

I am not a therapist or counsellor and this is not therapy. This work is based on my own personal healing journey and what has worked for me and my clients. This is work I feel is very much needed in the world and work I want to share with the world, out of love and a deep calling within me. I am a trained Reiki Master and intuitive healer and this work is based on energy healing.

This course does work with trauma and recalling traumatic events. My emphasis here is that you are never asked to relive the trauma in any way, shape or form. This course allows you to connect with the parts of you that were traumatized (recalling these from specific memories and/or ages in your life), so that you can give them all they need to heal and reintegrate with your energy body.

You are going to be asked to recall memories that wounded you. You are going to be asked to examine your triggers and your limiting beliefs. This is all done in your own time - on the level that you are ready for.

This course is very gentle and works by investigating your wounds (through the workbook provided), connecting with your inner child through meditation (guided meditation provided) and allowing space for the healing to take place.

The results are PROFOUND and have the ability to CHANGE YOUR LIFE. It changed mine.
