DescriptionIn this course students will learn how to improve their relationship skills through the metaphysical principles taught in the THOUGHTWARD™ Method developed by Dr Dawn A Ross, PhD of the ThoughtwardAcademy
The course includes lessons in areas of:
Communication - by learning how to speak more effectively.
Listening - by improving listening techniques to help avoid miscommunication and improve understanding.
Boundaries - by learning how to say now, stop engaging in people pleasing behaviours
Recognizing Codependency - by learning how to spot codependency inside of a relationship and how to avoid unhealthy patterns
Manifesting - by learning how to manifest more love into your life by shifting energy and thought
It is the objective of this course to give a rudimentary foundation of learning towards improving relationships through basic metaphysical principles and practical tools and methods that are simple and easy to implement in daily life. The THOUGHTWARD™ Method allows the student to learn how to shift their energy and change their thought patterns in order to develop the relationships they desire. We cannot change others, only ourselves. Thus by focusing on the self and making the changes that we can, we in turn force all others around us to react and behave differently. These changes spark growth and allow for more understanding, compromise and healing within the relationship.
