In this course you will dive deep into self awareness journaling prompts, meditations and videos to help you understand your emotions, childhood wounds and traumas and why it’s still affecting your adult life.

The meditations are infused with reiki and unconditional love from the universe using theta healing techniques. These meditations will help you to heal, balance your chakras and replace good energies into your body.

The course will take you to a journey exploring emotional wounds and spiritual wounds, to bring you more understanding of yourself and bring more empathy towards yourself and others.

After you finish the course you will find lots of limiting beliefs that you should work on because they might be holding you back from achieving your full potential. You’ll be able to reach me out to work on a 1-1 basis with me if you desire to clear all the limiting beliefs you found.
