The course (leases) is specifically designed for the students (functional level, mid level and final level of professional exam), office employees (senior and junior level having professional knowledge), consultants, and practitioners who are working leases and have weak concepts in IFRS 16. This course contains explanations of concepts along with illustrative examples as explained in accounting standards. Following are the contents of the above mentioned standard:

13. Explanation and example of sale and leaseback case Selling Price is equal Fair Value;

14. Explanation and example of sale and leaseback case Selling Price is greater than Fair Value; and

15. Explanation and example of sale and leaseback case Selling Price is less than Fair Value.
