Each system is divided into sections. Each section has notes, PowerPoint slides, and quiz and exam questions for each body system.

Questions are extremely difficult! Most questions are doctorate-level questions, but understanding these questions' principles will help students do well on exams, college, and graduate-level content only!

Students are encouraged to use this course to supplement their college or graduate course. It would be helpful for students to go through notes and outline each section, use the PowerPoint slides for visuals and pictures, and then test their knowledge on the quizzes and exams.

This course concludes with exercise material related to the real-world application of human body physiology. Content includes videos of stretching, flexibility, yoga, meditation, and exercise material.
