If you get 30 % - 50 % you are ready to start your career as HR associate
If you get from 50% - 70% you are ready to start your career as HR Professional
If you get more than 70% you are ready to start your career as HR Expert
If you get lower than 30% you need to consider developmental tools to grow your HR knowledge and practices
2. HR Certifications Readiness Test
This Test aims to analyze your readiness for international certifications :-
If you get 30 % - 50 % you are ready to start studying associate level certification like (aPHR, aPHRi..Etc. )
if you get from 50% - 70% you are ready to start studying professional level certifications like (PHR, PHRi ...Etc.)
if you get more than 70% you are ready to start studying senior professional level certifications like (SPHR, SPHRi , GPHR...Etc.)
