At some point in our life, we have all tried to set some goals. Sometimes because someone told us and sometimes because we wanted to achieve the success others have experienced. However, to achieve those goals we were always taught to stay motivated, which was a herculean task. Most failed to make a goal and others lost that motivation before they could achieve their goal.

This happens because motivation does not exist. When I say motivation does not exist I am actually trying to look at it from a long term point of view. Even if you believe you are motivated it might last only for a small period of time.

Creating goals and achieving goals requires much more than that.

This lesson talks exactly about that. You need to distinguish between task and actual goals (your outcomes). You need to develop an outcome thinking and you need to have a clear understanding of your present state and your desired state so that you can move towards what you are aiming at.

This class is for anybody who has ever seen a dream and is willing to take actions to achieve those dreams. That dream could be anything from starting a successful business, getting better results, losing weight, gaining a certain level of physical or mental fitness, achieving success in career, improving personal relationships or discovering one’s own self completely.
