The course is based on the sleight of mouth system of language patterns developed in the field of Neuro-linguistic programming. It starts with simple easy to grasp examples then continues to add depth to the concepts through new applications of growing complexity. In all, you will see over a hundred examples of reframing.

The course is focused on teaching a life skill, not just on presenting information and ideas. There will be quizzes to help you grapple with the concepts followed by exercises in which you will be asked to apply the techniques to the real-life issues where you want to experience a breakthrough.
