Your most basic PowerPoint (PPT) is going to be a series of slides with static text. Whether there’s a presenter or the PPT has been given to you, the approach is just going to be read what’s on the slide, click to the next slide, read that, and repeat. It’s a very passive experience. By the end of this course, you’re going to learn how to create a more interactive and engaging PPT experience. Examples of things that you'll learn include, adding transitions and animations, creating non-linear PPTs, and integrating elements such as videos, QR codes, web pages, and screen recordings. You'll learn to create PPTs that allow you to connect with outside resources and bring resources in. You’re going to learn how to create interactive activities within the PPT using roll over and drag and drop effects. In addition, you'll learn how to use zooming, motion paths, and enhanced morph transitions. For each lesson, a “practice file” has been created for you. This is a PPT file that you’ll use to follow along with the lectures. So you’ll get guided, hands on practice as you move through the course. This will be a course that takes your PowerPoint skills to the next level.
