EVOLVING CHAKRA - THE FIRST CHAKRA

Introduction

There are many cultures in the past that have studied the human energy structure, giving different names to the Energy of which everything is composed.

Ki, for Japan, QI for China, Prana for India, are just some of the cultures that we Westerners refer to for this study.

The amount of bibliography that is now found in this regard is enough, as well as images on the internet, dedicated music, targeted exercises, Yoga practices and much more.

What in my experience has always been lacking is the translation to life and the practical application of all these notions brought to a real, pragmatic and ... pass me the term ... realistically Western to give us a chance to improve while you cover the role of parent, partner, employee, etc.

In order to share my more than 20 years of experience with you, I decided to create this path on a weekly basis.

A whole month of study and practice will be dedicated to each Chakra, analyzing the different planes of our reality; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, accompanying the Soul Classes with targeted Meditations, exercises, cooking tips and energy nourishment, practices and a monthly meeting to share your journey.

In the hope that this path will fascinate you as much as I do!
