Most people know this and those that make choices armed with this knowledge attempt in some fashion to eat foods that are closest to nature would create or serve them. The foods that existed before the obesity epidemic.
Other filters include social media, the news, schooling, social norms and so forth...
The time to strip away these filters is now.
