Making sushi yourself is possible, it is a step that many people do not dare to take because they think that sushi is something very strict and disciplined only suitable for the most skilled after studying a 5-year master's degree in Japan. We believe not.

In this course taught in a close and casual way by the Chef of Vesta Taberna, Manuel Melcón, you will learn to lose the fear of cooking yourself, with simple and quick techniques and recipes. Manuel has extensive experience making sushi in various restaurants.

By following a series of simple steps explained in the videos and accompanied by recipes in pdf, you will be able to cook Sushi for yourself, your partner, your family, a party with your friends or with whoever you want, we explain vegan options for all the pieces and some tricks that the chef implements in his restaurant. We will also show you which drinks you can pair it with. On the first video you can download a pdf with a shopping list, although as we insisted throughout the course we invite you to create and add or remove ingredients.

The course is divided into three blocks, in the first we explain some basic notions and teach you how to prepare all the ingredients that you will then use in the second block to assemble and cut your rolls. In the third we will explain how to accompany that delicious sushi that you are going to cook :)
