This course is for absolutely anyone who would like to take their first steps towards learning more about the use of the piano in modern Pop Music.

Maybe you are an absolute beginner, or you have some previous piano experience but until now have only learned other styles of music and would like to expand your knowledge of Pop Music.

Perhaps you have tried to learn a few songs but want to fully understand what you are playing and the structure behind it, or you play another instrument but want to enhance your musical theory knowledge.

If any of these apply to you then you are in the right place, this easy to follow, play-along course will gently introduce you to the piano and guide you through deepening your understanding of the piano and musical theory in general.

• Around the middle of the course we will cover rhythms from todays pop songs. This sometimes will be quite a challenge.
