Business mogul, Jay Z (also known as Hova) is mentioned throughout this course as a symbolic figure to encourage students to achieve the American dream. Within this course you will find information that will motivate, encourage, and inspire you to reach your full potential.

This course is sponsored by The Men of the Tenth Inc. which is a nonprofit organization based in Bronx, New York. The course is facilitated by organization's President and Founder, Dr. LaVon Williams.

Since 2004, students who have experienced The Men of the Tenth Inc. workshops and presentations have been armed with the skill-set and tools to eliminate unwanted conflicts and challenges that may occur.
