Our conscious mind is not able to take everything in all the time. It is when we access our subconscious that we are able to glean a much deeper level of information about ourselves and the universe around us.

If we use the analogy of an ice berg, the Conscious Mind can be explained in this scenario as the part of the iceberg that is above the water line. It is suggested that in this small portion above the water line is stored our, everyday thinking, our willpower our short term memory and it is from this area that judgement arises. The much larger portion of the iceberg that is submerged can be explained in this scenario as the Subconscious Mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for running the body, it digests the food we eat, it controls our movements, it is where we store our long term memories and beliefs, and the subconscious mind does not judge.

So, by accessing the subconscious mind we are truly able to work with and look to information that may not be known to us in a normal waking state. Hypnosis, meditation and guided meditation are the main keys to accessing the subconscious mind. This course explores different ways of accessing this incredible information from receiving signs and answers in our dreams, to silent self meditation or guided meditation. A deeper level of access can be explored in a Past Life Regression (PLR) session, where hypnosis is used to guide a client back to a past life in line with their highest and greatest good, and a layer on from that is exploring the space in time when our souls are at home, and not incarnate at all.
