This course is for beginners and people with some experience drawing. The first section of this course will focus on building your hand and eyes for drawing, teaching you simple basic drawing techniques to get you used to the feel of drawing and help you develop your hand and eyes, or if you have experience, they will be good warmups. The next section of this course will focus primarily on anatomy. You will learn basic anatomy drawing techniques that are useful for creating your own characters, or improving your current skillset. Foreshortening is also something that will be covered in this section. In the final part of this section I will be giving a demo on the creation of a character sheet using a character made from scratch for this course for you to follow along with and create their own character. The final section will cover perspective from one point to three point, as well as the horizon line and vanishing point. This sections focus is to help you with creating and improving environments such as cityscapes, rooms, etc. Perspective can also be used in interesting ways such as drawing towering figures or creatures, or being used to illustrate the scale of large and small objects, this section will also have a demo at the end of it for you to follow along with. The goal is for you to come out of this course better than you went in. With that said, I will also be providing a discord server for further potential for growth where you can get direct feedback on your drawings.
