Data Science with R

Welcome future Data Scientists ! This course is an introduction to Data Science, statistical analysis and R programming. You will learn how to perform and produce a statistical analysis report with R, R studio interface and R Markdown editor.

In the first Section, the history of Data Science and the use of R Studio will be presented.
Then, data management techniques will be covered including data collection, importation and missing data management.
Exploratory analysis will be explained using descriptive and correlation analysis as well as data mining.
Multivariate Analysis will be detailed, General Linear Model, variable selection and residuals analysis introduced.
Finally, you will learn how to edit your report with R Markdown and how to interpret your results.

Throughout the course, a concrete example of analysis will be presented. After each section, a quiz will allow you to check that you have understood the course concepts and at the end of the course, you will have to create your own statistical report.

After this course, you will be able to program in R your data importation, data analysis and statistical report.
