In this course, students will learn how to grow a paid or volunteer team from the ground up. Students will learn how to:

• Recruit their team. Most leaders do not enter a situation where there is already a team in place. I help leaders learn the tools needed to recruit the right type of team member.

• Cast Vision to their team. Once students find the right team members they need to make sure team members want to stay on the student's team. Too many leaders spend all their time in an endless cycle of finding new team members. I show students how to keep their best people.

• Empower their team members. Often leaders lose their best potential leaders because they are unwilling to give up control. Iwill show students how to empower their team members while still giving them the needed direction.

• Structure their team. If you want to grow something you must have the right structure in place for it to work. I give students a detailed structure for their teams.

• Focus on the right people. A leader's time is valuable and they must figure out where their time is best spent.

• Reproduce leaders. The goal is not to just have a bunch of followers, the goal is to reproduce leaders so the organization or team can impact even more people.
