Online ESL teaching to Chinese students (in China and elsewhere) has become a trend. It can be fun at the beginning, but after going through some really challenging online classes such as students not participating or students not speaking up, online ESL classes can be really dragging... or even less promising.
However, when we come up with ideas that will make students speak up, our online classes can be really fun and even exciting. Besides, our goal is to help the students improve their English communication skills.
In this 3-part video course, I'm going to share my experience and techniques I use to make my online students speak up and get to understand better their learning needs.
