Congratulations, this course is for you if you want to be prepared to receive your baby in less than 2 hours, stress-free ( because stress is definitely nocive for you and for your baby).

In this course you will find all you need to have ready to welcome baby serenely.

Every Module details what needs to be done during each phase of the pregnancy (paperwork, items needed etc...) to make sure that your pregnancy is a joyful experience :)

Because YESpregnancy should be joyful and a beautiful moment, so I am giving you all my tips and tricks from an experienced and happy mum of 2 boys and a certified babyplanner (graduated from the Baby Planner University - Colorado).

In this course you will learn:

-how to care for your body and mind during pregnancy

-preparation from week16 to 24 :what you should know

- clarity from week 24 to 32 : items needed and must do

- fine-tuning from 32 to 36 : things to confirm and maternity plan

- week 36 and beyond : prepare the 4th trimester

In less than 2 h you will be able to have clarity on the DOs and DON'Ts to have a well prepared baby arrival.

This course is a non medical guidance, and will help future mums and future dads to have clarity on the logistic and administrative parts.
