This class is jam packed with all of the evidence based information you will need in order to make informed decisions about how you birth and about your newborns care in the hospital. By the end of this class you will have a birth plan that fits your family. You will be able to discuss your choices with your birth team and your provider. Most importantly, you and your partner will go into labor feeling like you know the answers no matter the twists and turns your journey makes.
