We are going to use only Microsoft excel to build a financial model that assists in increasing upselling in business.

First, we will understand what is upselling, the benefits, and finally how to do it yourself.

When building the upsell model, we will also understand the elements related to it, the process and how we are going to use them with the model to increase our end sales.

Upselling, in general, can be done in any circumstances, for any kind of business, but having a model that can identify them, helps in focusing and reducing the errors, also increase customer engagement.

Using Excel we can do a lot of examples, and because Upsell is not a new thing, Microsoft excel has the ability and the setup to build all those various models that we are looking for.

While you build the model only using Excel, you will collect information about the sales and the client base (a CRMsystem), and you will arrange it in an Excel sheet, this will be enough to develop a simple and powerful system of Upselling with Excel.
