COURSE OVERVIEW

It is a complete course on preparation of consolidated financial statements. The course focuses on learning through practice questions and this the reason the course lecture videos are more than seventy percent on doing practice questions and exercises with detailed explanation. I believe that doing questions is the best way to understand the process of consolidation.

We start with the very beginning, level zero, and then gradually move towards more complicated scenarios to address the advanced issues related to consolidated financial statements.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

A qualified accounting and finance professional with over twenty years of extensive experience in diversified industry sectors such as auditing, large scale manufacturing and oil and gas.

I started my career as finance executive and rose to the position of CFO in a multinational oil and gas industry. I also worked as a consultant with the World Bank and European Union for IFRS and Financial Management and have lead projects in Middle East, Eastern Europe and CIS.

I have been teaching different courses from ACCA and CIMA qualifications as well as other Accounting and Finance courses for over fifteen years.
