Hi I'm your instructor, Karen Dolan and I've been playing the banjo for 18 years and teaching for approximately 13 years. I know how much of a struggle it is to pick the right tunes to learn and how to combine the melody with all the correct techniques that are essential to smooth banjo playing. That's why I created this course. I wanted to help beginner banjo players and beginner trad heads, get on the fast track to start playing Irish tunes and to eventually become a session player.
