Accounting for shares and debentures on issue and allotment, forfeiture and re issue of shares and debentures. Accounting entries to be passed is explained in details with important terms and examples.

Types of shares which are issued and the procedure for issue of prospectus, application and allotment of shares is explained. Also in case of default of payments by share holders how to forfeit the shares and re issue the same . Detailed examples are given and also few illustrations in word file is attached for your easy learning.
