* Core communication and relationship skills – tips & strategies: including looking at a range of core communication and relationship skills tools, tips and strategies and understanding how you can use these in your life and at work to be a better communicator.

* Applying the communication and relationship skills – tips & strategies: including looking at a range of practical tools, tips & strategies in how you can apply the core communication and relationship skills in your life and at work (including how to deal with difficult people) to be a better communicator.

* Your communication and relationship action plan: including your own communication and relationship struggles, areas to improve and action plans to be a better communicator in life and at work.

* Course summary: including a short summary of the course.

We have also included introductions and summaries throughout the course to help with learning.

The course is in short bite sized lectures and you can see the detailed course content in the course curriculum.

Developing your own communication and relationship action plan

There are exercises to complete as you go through the course to develop your own personalised communication and relationship action plan. These include understanding your own communication and relationship struggles and the areas you feel you need to improve on and what actions you are going to take to be a better communicator in your life and at work. You will need to allow additional time in addition to the duration of the videos to complete the exercises.
