This course is designed to help couples increase connection and intimacy through stronger communication. Students will go through a proven process to identify what's wrong with their current communication patterns and how to establish a communication cadence and plan that works for their unique relationship. Through a combination of video lectures and worksheets, couples will evaluate their relationship, their communication and develop practical action steps to implement right away.

You will understand how to evaluate the current climate of your relationship and discover some of the reasons you have stoped sharing with each other. You will learn how to speak your partner's language and take a short personality assessment to identify your communication styles. You will discover the importance of moments of both conflict and connection and how to manage these well. Couples will create a communication cadence, remove communication killers and Close The Communication Gap in their relationship!

This course consists of 19 videos with over 12 worksheet exercises. Couples will get to take a brief personality assessment and immediately understand how their unique personalities are influencing their preferred communication styles.
