2012年,張吉平老師為紀念導師馮誌強先生,創建了陳式混元太極馬步訓練。本次練習改變了原有馬步站姿訓練的靜態,增加了混元太極拳的九個典型形式,訓練目的是強化下肢力量、身體動作協調、整體纏絲、強化丹田。同時配合音樂,提高興趣,不僅可以作為門內弟子的訓練內容,也可以作為大眾晨練的內容。
Chen-style Hunyuan Tai Chi Horse Stance Training was created by teacher Zhang Jiping in 2012 in memory of his mentor Mr. Feng Zhiqiang. This exercise changed the static state of the original horse stance training, and added nine typical forms of Hunyuan Tai Chi, focusing on strengthening the lower limbs, Body movement coordination, overall silk winding and strengthening Dantian. At the same time, accompanied by music, it enhances the interest, so that it can be used not only as an exercise for disciples, but also for the public as the content of morning exercise.
陳式混元太極馬步樁完全繼承了傳統馬步訓練的要求和功效,並在此基礎上有了新的拓展。這是一項以加強腿部力量為重點的綜合訓練。具體訓練要求及功效簡述如下:
Chen-style Hunyuan Tai Chi Horse Stance Training practice completely inherits the requirements and effects of traditional horse stance training, and has new expansion on this basis. It is a comprehensive training focusing on strengthening the legs. Specific training requirements and effects are briefly described as follows:
1.下肢力量。馬步樁側重於下肢力量訓練。可用於門內弟子下盤訓練,對提高下盤功力有顯著效果。集體晨練不需要低蹲姿勢,而要因人而異,量力而為。
1. Lower limbs strength. Horsestep stance focuses on lower limbs skill training. It can be used by disciples in the lower squat position. It has a significant effect on improving the lower limbs skill. For collective morning exercise, it does not require low squat position. It should vary from person to person and act according to one's ability.
2.樁身松沈。上身放松,腰胯放松,兩腿也放松,整個樁身自然壓在兩腳,感覺滲入地下。
2. Loose sinking of stance and body. The upper body is relaxed, the waist and crotch are relaxed, and the two legs are also relaxed. The whole pile body is naturally pressed on the two feet, feeling it seeping into the ground.
3.周身纏絲。兩腿的纏絲始終變換不停,手臂動作也突出了纏絲勁,並與樁身的纏絲動作合為一體,具體鮮明的陳式太極拳的特點。
3. Twining skill around the body. The twining of the legs is always changing, and the arm movement also highlights the winding skill, integrated with the twining of the body, which is a specific and distinctive feature of Chen Style Tai Chi.
4.身手協調。拳式動作正反雙向變換,自由銜接,並始終與樁身重心變換相吻合,上下協調,周身一家。
4. Coordination of limb and body movements. The left and right two-way transformation of movement is free to connect, and always coincides with the transformation of the center of gravity of the pile body. It is coordinated upper and lower of the body, and the whole body is one.
5.力道運化。強調一身備五弓的動力結構,發力、化力都要走其力道。
5. Mechanism of body force. It is emphasized that the power structure of one body with five bows should follow its strength in force and chemical force.
6.丹田內功。在外練的基礎上,再揉入丹田內功,有意氣鼓蕩、意力鼓蕩和太極金剛球。

陳式混元馬步樁練習分為單式訓練、綜合練習、競賽演練幾種形式,即可用於門內弟子強化下盤訓練,又可用於廣場晨練的大眾養生保健,還可作為太極拳競賽的集體項目,具有廣泛的適應性。Hunyuan Tai Chi Horse Stance Training is divided into single training, comprehensive training and demonstration for competition.
