You will learn 6 strategies to cope with 6 common reactions to culture shock, all of which are transferrable skills in life in general, making it a worthy learning.

You will understand 2 major reasons that made being cross-cultural so hard and challenging, and with this understanding, you will be able to find helpful ways of coping.

In reality the 6 stages of cross-culture adjustment can come in any order, and it is best to expect it to be a bit messy in real life. Yet with a clear understanding of what each stage is like and how to best benefit from or cope in each, we can make the most out of them and be flexible whatever may come.
