I will show a fun dance routine that will help you to indulge your feminine energy.
Each section will have a step by step guidance firstly with count and then with music. You will also have a preview of whole routine and each section separately.
And if you are shy to do it at dance studio the best part that you can learn it at the comfort of your own home.
Once you master the routine you will be able to show it to your girlfriends or your other half.
You will need:
some space to dance with no sharp objects around
comfortable clothing, preferably something pretty to be inspired
socks, ballet shoes or even barefoot is the best way for practice. I wouldn't recommend to start with high heels,
because first we will need to create body memory
Boa or a simple scarf but at least 1.8m long
Mirror to see yourself of camera for recording
Patience to repeat sections as many times as you need
Also you will be able to get a feedback from me. Just film your best attempt of dancing, send it to me and I will respond to you within a week to make your dance even better!
