This is an introductory course that is meant to provide a high level and basic view at the components that are the heart of electronic circuits. The Course will provide the basics of electronics. A look at passive components such as Resistors, Capacitors and Inductors as well as an introduction to transistors. Algebraic formulas to calculate the equivalent resistance, capacitance and inductance when these components are connected in series or in parallel in a circuit. Foundation laws and theorems that govern the foundation of circuits and circuit analysis.

This course contains work with formulas and some mathematics and consequently students need to be able to perform and understand the calculations.
