I have been celebrating the Wheel of the Year for 25 years and felt it was time to share an updated version with the world. The original Wheel of the Year was only reserved for those that studied ancient spiritual texts and witchcraft. But Ihave made it available for anyone. This course was birthed from my own experience as well as my knowledge of ancient celebrations to create something new. Iwill be covering 8 major times of change on this Earth (the four seasons and the half-way points in between). When you are aware of these changes, tune into them and celebrate them, you are allowing yourself to be in flow with life. Life is cyclical as our ancestors knew. In our modern world of artificial light, long work hours and urbanization we have lost the flow. Being in flow allows you to be more productive, happier and healthier.
This is a spiritual practice that can be added to anyone's lifestyle. This course is great for those on a mindfulness, personal transformation, manifestation or meditation journey.
In this course, you will receive a brief history of each holiday, celebrations to mark the occasion, journal prompts to dig deeper and suggestions on how to attune your space with altar or sacred space decorations.
You can start this course anytime of the year, just simply jump to the current holiday and complete a full year from that point on.
