DescriptionAI interviews are different from other virtual interviews. There is an algorithm analyzing the candidate's words and matching them against personality models. So, language needs to be considered more intentionally. The candidate cannot trick or game these assessments like other types of pre-employment questionnaires. However, they can diversify their language and they can use the lack of a human from the employer’s side as an advantage.
Even though this format is a one-way performance of the candidate responding to prompted questions, there may actually be more humanity involved than a face-to-face interview. There are fewer social conventions when speaking to an algorithm. You can speak to a wider range of subjects and include examples or descriptions from your personal life roles. Of course, you have to be able to recall these terms in the rush of an interview, and you don't have much time to speak. The question-response window is small.
This course will explain what the AI interview is doing and how a candidate can represent themselves in the best way and within the time limit. It will provide a way to extract terms that will be natural to say and easy to recall. Candidates will improve their performance with this method.
