What is the course goal?
At Agile Avengers, our mission is to help unlock the power held within every team. We created this Introduction to Agile Course to give you the jump start you need to understand what agile actually is, and how you can put it to work practically in your team or personal projects.
The goal is that you could go away and explain agile to your grandparents over Sunday lunch and then feel confident trying out some agile practices in your work team or personal projects.

Who presents the course?
Each lecture is presented by two experienced Agile Coaches (Ben & Amy) who have years of experience working with agile at some of the worlds largest corporations and digital organisations. They've seen the power of agile first-hand and can share practical experience alongside the theory.
Ben & Amy founded Agile Avengers with some other colleagues after seeing the power of agile tools and techniques first hand. Agile Avengers now provides resources and content for individuals and teams globally to understand and apply agile methods in their work and personal projects.
Who should take this course?
Perhaps your workplace is undergoing organisational change, or you are adopting agile in various projects, or colleagues are now doing 'sprints' or 'scrum' and you want to understand for yourself what that means. This course is for you.
Maybe you're looking for a career change and want to explore Scrum Master or Product Owner roles. This course will give you a solid grounding in where those roles come from and how they fit into agile methodology.
Or maybe you're a student or graduate about to join an organisation. The chances are, this organisation will be using various management frameworks to structure it's teams and projects, and agile will likely be one of them. This course will give you a head start.
