In this one hour class you’ll become aware of what habits are keeping you from your calm, and simple steps to turn them around. You’ll learn how stress is affecting your life in ways you might not have expected, and that managing it is under your control – no matter how busy or broke you might be. You’ll discover how to rewire your brain by embracing the two principles of the 'off switch', and start shifting the unconscious attitudes keeping you stuck in a state of stress.
In the class there'll be space for you to reflect on your own experiences. There'll be real-world tips, a really cool piece of neuroscience, plus practical exercises and eye-opening quizzes. The aim is to leave you enlightened, inspired and with a practical plan to take forward into the future.
