Whether it be a family member who takes their emotions out on you or a co-worker who constantly puts you down, these unfortunate relationships can really drain your energy and undermine your positivity and self-worth.

Throughout my 30 years of being an entrepreneur, where I've started over 25 different businesses in such diverse industries as television, real estate and restaurant franchising, I've dealt with my fair share of toxicity.

Thankfully I have always focused on being a solutions orientated problem solver rather than allow myself to get caught up in unnecessary drama that could have derailed my career.
