Your chakra system represents all the parts of you. Your sense of safety and security, sexuality, creativity, your sense of self, your ability to give and receive love, express yourself, your ability to see people and situations more clearly, as well as your connection to the divine.

When one of these areas is out of balance it can manifest itself in various ways such as relationship and communication issues, anxiety, depression, weight loss or weight gain, digestive issues, headaches, or just feeling "off."

Over the course of this retreat we will work together to identify and correct these imbalances to help you live a more balanced and abundant life. This will be done through mindfulness, guided meditation, journal prompts, and more.
